Accessibility
WCAG 2.2 AA is our accessibility target.
We design and test this site and the platform towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. Where we fall short of that target, we treat it as a defect to fix.
What that means here
Commitments we design and test against.
Keyboard access is part of our test standard
We build and test so that interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
Contrast tested against AA
We test text and interface contrast against AA thresholds by measurement rather than by eye.
Never colour alone
We signal status and state with text or icon rather than colour alone, and respect reduced-motion settings.
Tested at common widths
Responsive layouts are tested at common phone, tablet and desktop widths, checking for horizontal scrolling.
If something does not work
Tell us and we will fix it.
Email [DEMO-EMAIL] describing the page and what happened. We treat an accessibility barrier as a defect, not a request.

Accessibility is a defect list, not a policy page.
If a barrier stops you using CareerPathIQ, we want to hear about it.
