Interim terms of use.

These interim terms describe how CareerPathIQ is offered today. They are not final solicitor-drafted contractual terms, and the sections marked below still require completion before paid commercial launch.

What is offered

The site describes a Free member plan, a paid Plus plan, human expert services delivered by people, and programmes for organisations and professionals. Prices, inclusions and availability shown on the site are what we currently intend to offer; a specific plan or service is only in place once checkout or a written arrangement for it is actually available and completed.

Your information

The platform works from what you record. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. CareerPathIQ does not invent facts about you: generated language is checked back against your own confirmed record, and a claim that is not in that record is blocked rather than softened.

What this is not

CareerPathIQ is career support and career intelligence. It is not a guarantee of employment, of an interview, or of any other outcome. Decisions about your applications remain yours, and decisions made by employers and recruiters remain independently theirs.

Career Profiling

Career Profiling is self-insight about your work interests. It is not an aptitude test, not a personality verdict, and not an employment-selection instrument. It is private to your account and is not used to rank, screen or select anyone.

Your account and responsible use

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and use your account only for your own career record, or — for professional and organisation plans — within the scope agreed for that plan. Do not attempt to access another person's record, and do not use the platform to misrepresent anyone's experience or qualifications.

Your career record

The record belongs to you. Nothing in it is shared with a recruiter, employer or organisation except where you have explicitly permitted it for an agreed purpose, and we do not sell member data.
